Pink Ribbon Greeting Cards

This year, 3D Paper Greetings teamed up with the National Breast Cancer Foundation in the fight against breast cancer with the launch of a new campaign, Greetings for a Cause.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation’s mission is to save lives through early detection and to provide mammograms for those in need.  Their mission includes increasing awareness through education, providing diagnostic breast care services, and nurturing support services.

Dubuque Bank and Trust – Customer Success Story

2010 marked the 75th year of business for Dubuque Bank & Trust.  To celebrate this important milestone, they wanted to kick-off the celebration with a unique event invitation for their annual holiday cocktail party.

Trevecca Nazarene University was looking for a unique giveaway for their alumni luncheon.
The University wanted to thank their Alumni for their continued support with something they would keep and display.

The Need:

The challenge at Sonoma State University NASA Education & Public Outreach is to find ways to make learning fun.  SSU E/PO has looked to 3D Paper Graphics to design and produce dimensional educational keepsakes for two NASA mission events.

The Solution:

SSU E/PO contacted 3D Paper Graphics to produce a three-dimensional keepsake to commemorate the launch of the Gamma-ray Large Area Space Telescope (GLAST) satellite launch at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in June 2008.  Art and copy were created by the SSU E/PO to 3D Paper Graphics’ patented design template.  The unique GLAST “3D Ovals” were included in the gift bags distributed to each of the attendees.   The few samples remaining after the event quickly disappeared as people wanted extras to give to friends who could not come to the launch.

A year later, SSU E/PO contracted with 3D Paper Graphics again to produce another dimensional hand-out, this time for a kick-off conference for new mission, NuSTAR.  3D Paper Graphics’ SlideShow™ telescoping folder was perfect for this satellite, because the design simulates what will happen after the actual launch.  In 2012, the NuSTAR satellite will be launched in a compact form, with a deployable mast that will extend the telescope once in space.  On the reverse side of the SlideShow™ , educational information about the NuSTAR mission, and its scientific targets were featured. This piece was very well received.

The Need:

According to the US Census, in the year 2005, individuals aged 65 and older comprised 13% of the US Population. As the population continues to age, this number is projected to balloon to 20% by the year 2030. Seniors and their families will be looking for a simple, trusted resource to answer their questions on options, costs and even vocabulary relating to future care. For over 100 years Presbyterian Homes has provided quality residential communities, health care programs and services for older adults. It was only natural that they answer that need with the launch of a new website, www.SeniorCareAnswerTeam.org. The challenge was how they would drive traffic to the site.

The Solution:

In addition to families and seniors themselves, Presbyterian Homes recognized that a key audience was professionals such as social workers, nurses, discharge planners and physician office staffers. To reach the referral community last holiday season, Presbyterian Homes purchased their Business Holiday Greeting Cards from 3D Paper Greetings.

The reaction to these magical dimensional snowflake greeting cards was quite positive; Presbyterian Homes’ outreach professionals were still seeing the snow globes displayed on desks and countertops many months after the holiday season. The Need:
In the competitive environment of trade shows, exhibitors are always looking for creative tools to increase attendance and attract visitors to their booths. S.D. Myers, Inc. is no different. They needed a direct mail invitation that would deliver on three fronts. First, the invitation needed to be so surprising and memorable, that the recipient would be compelled to stop by their booth at the 2010 IEEE PES Conference. Second, they needed to promote the next big show in October, the California Power Tour Conference. Third, S.D. Myers needed a long term branding piece that would keep their name and capabilities visible long term, throughout the year.

The Solution:
S.D. Myers received a promotional sample of 3D Paper Graphics’ newest product, the LuckyJumpers™. Director of Marketing, Paul Myers, took one look at the design and said, “We’ve got to do this!”

From the LuckyJumper™ design template supplied by 3D Paper Graphics, S.D. Myers created the copy and graphics for their “Passport” trade show contest.
